Exchanges

If something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can exchange it within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 70 056 956 or on Instagram @a.d.a.m.lb with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll confirm the new size or colour and arrange the exchange with you.

Exchanges depend on stock. If the size or colour you want isn't available, we'll contact you to find an alternative.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right.

Items we can't exchange

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or that are returned without their original tags, can't be exchanged.
